We're wrapping up another dynamic month at Deskpro and it’s time to dive into May in Numbers.

We're breaking down the development statistics to show how our platform is progressing. The team pushed 10 new features available to you right now, including brand-new apps, efficiency tools, and enhanced permissions.

✨ Product Spotlight ✨

Enhance team efficiency with Macro Shortcodes! Apply a Macro, a predefined sequence of actions, directly from the reply box, significantly speeding up ticket management and reducing the time spent on repetitive tasks.

Quicker Actions, Quicker Resolutions

Just type the shortcode for your desired Macro, and it pops up as a suggestion in the reply box, just like Snippets. You then insert it with a single click and the Macro will queue up to run when you send your reply.

Manage Assignments Better with New Permission

We've enhanced agent assignment permissions to include Unassign Agents.

This update provides more flexibility in managing workload and ticket distribution. With Unassign Agents, permitting agents to remove other agents from tickets in addition to Assign Agents Permission.

Simplify Office 365 Email Setup with Deskpro OAuth

Previously, connecting Office 365 accounts required several complicated steps. Our new OAuth provider makes the process much simpler.

Now, all you need to do is log in and grant access to your emails — Deskpro will take care of the rest.

Improved Organization of Ticket Lists

You can now hide specific Ticket Lists in the navigation, reducing clutter and noise from lists you don’t access as often.

This update streamlines access to your frequently used lists, making your workflow more efficient.

Enhanced Email Loading with WebP Images

Deskpro now supports WebP images in emails!

This update enables you to send and receive high-quality images with smaller file sizes, significantly improving email load times for a faster and more efficient email experience.

In May, we launched 4 new Deskpro integrations - with functionality covering CRM and marketing communication and Apple Device Management.

These new connections will help you extend your help desk further by linking the tech your team already uses with Deskpro.

  1. Microsoft Dynamics 365: Leverage additional CRM data in your help desk to boost sales and support with improved contextual information.
  2. Bitrix24: Streamline sales processes with visibility over leads, helping you engage with clients and close deals.
  3. Klaviyo: Manage your customers' personalized experiences across email, SMS, mobile push, and more.
  4. Jamf Pro: View your team's enrolled Apple devices while working on tickets to streamline asset management and technical support.
