New AI Developments ✨
We're excited to announce the latest addition to our AI suite: AI Thank You Detection. This powerful automation feature reduces your team's workload by identifying follow-up "Thank you" messages on previously resolved tickets.
With just a simple toggle, you can choose to have these tickets automatically resolved, labeled, or both, freeing your team from repetitive tasks, reducing noise in the help desk, and enabling them to concentrate on more important priorities.

Enhanced Messenger Experience 💬
Engage with users more effectively with proactive chat. The launcher option gives you control over how and when to initiate conversations, wherever your chat lives. Tailor your chat settings to create a seamless interactive experience that encourages user engagement.
Alongside our Proactive Chat, we've added all-new interactions and inputs for Chat to enhance the conversation experience for agents and users, these include:
- Phone number inputs with automatic validation
- Number inputs that accept integer values
- Link interactions that agents and users can open directly from the chat
- Date and Time inputs with a user-friendly calendar and time picker tool
- Create custom cards for the Home tab on Messenger with custom images, icons, and text for a more customized display
Improved Template Sending
Agent Signatures will be automatically included when sending tickets using a Ticket Template, to ensure more consistent communication when using templated messages to send outbound communication.
Language Pack Expansion
We’re delighted to announce the addition of several new languages to our platform: Albanian, Armenian, Azerbaijani, Bosnian, Georgian, Icelandic, and Ukrainian, for a more inclusive language experience.

Enhancing Your Workflow with Sellsy and Copper
We've made some exciting updates to two of our CRM apps; Sellsy and Copper. These apps help your team streamline your sales and support workflow by seamlessly interconnecting Deskpro with your customer management tools.
The updated Copper and new Sellsy App offer the ability to:
- Create new contacts and link them to existing Deskpro users
- Create new opportunities, notes, and activities tied to your Deskpro contact
- Automate sales and support workflow for your team by connecting your CRM and Deskpro accounts
