We're excited to introduce AI Data Sources, a new feature that makes it easy to use your existing content to power AI-driven support responses.

Your configured data sources become the bank of knowledge your AI Suite relies on to generate more accurate and relevant responses; meaning your team can use Deskpro's AI-powered tools to respond faster and more accurately to user inquiries.

Intelligent Content Searching

AI Search interprets user questions, scans your Data Sources for the most relevant solutions, and delivers the most relevant content to the user in response to their query.

Setup AI Messenger Nodes

AI Suggested Ticket Replies

Quickly generate draft replies using the AI suggest reply feature, which analyzes your configured data sources to suggest a response tailored to the context of the user's last message.

More Exciting Enhancements 🚀

In addition to the evolution of our AI Suite, we've also made some other exciting updates to our platform. Here are a few more updates that we think you'll love:

  • Auto-Update User Profiles: Chatflows can automatically update user profiles when they input their address and phone number.
  • Default Lite Agent Permissions: We added default permissions for Lite Agents to make it easier to create new Lite Agents in your workspace.
  • AI Summary for Social Channels: The AI summary feature can now summarize social channel messages, making it easier to get context and respond to user inquiries.
  • More Help Center Sorting Options: You can now sort community topics, news posts, and files by title, making it easier to find what you need.
  • Messenger Log: Admins can now easily track and audit chat activities with the new Messenger Log.
  • Image Response in Chatflows: Add images or GIFs to Chatflows to make interactions more engaging.
  • Yes/No Interaction in Chatflows: Simplify conversation flows with straightforward yes or no questions.
