In 2024, we rolled out a variety of new features, from Deskpro AI to an enhanced Messenger, marking a year of exciting advancements.

Throughout 2024, we rolled out 83 new features across 40 releases, significantly enhancing the quality of hundreds of existing capabilities and resolving over 500 bugs. Our focus has been elevating the daily experience for teams in Deskpro, introducing functions that enrich the platform, and improving the existing tools.
Every enhancement adds unique value to the platform, but we want to shine a spotlight on some of the most significant changes since the start of the year.
Effortless Ticket Importing
In January, we added the ticket CSV Importer allowing you to effortlessly import tickets into your Deskpro help desk.
With simple field mapping that lets you import your tickets with all the necessary information you need.
WhatsApp Support Upgrade
Then we introduced the ability to initiate interactions with personalized and templated WhatsApp messages.
Enabling you to deliver attentive service while staying within Meta's messaging restrictions.

We introduced a new Messenger and Chatbot, designed to support both live and asynchronous chats.
The widget allows for custom chatbots with unlimited flows, which can be enhanced with our AI Suite to create an AI-powered Chatbot.

We launched our AI Suite to automate agent processes, helping your team build intelligent workflows to enhance productivity, improve resolution rates, and boost satisfaction.
Premium Phone Support
We elevated phone support quality with Voice Premium.
These features offer additional training, monitoring, and reviewing options for Voice tickets, ensuring top-tier customer service that enhances your phone support offering.

Deskpro Updates 🐘
This year marked one of the most thrilling chapters in Deskpro’s history. We proudly announced our $25 million Series A fundraising round from Elsewhere Partners, coinciding with the appointment of our new CEO.
This investment allowed us to establish our Austin office, welcome new team members, and progress on delivering new features. Reflecting on 2024, we are grateful for these opportunities and proud of our achievements. We look forward to carrying this momentum into the new year and continuing to deliver an exceptional platform for your team.
